Digital Products

All products sold through Gold Star Worksheets are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and refunds are generally not available once a purchase has been completed and the files have been made available for download.

Technical Issues

If you experience a problem downloading your files, receive the wrong product, or encounter a technical issue, please contact us at james@goldstarworksheets.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Files

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the product description, please contact us at james@goldstarworksheets.com within 30 days of purchase. Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement file, store credit, or refund.
